I made a TikTok video about how great this has worked for my TMJ and it helped close a gap. I have experienced extensive grinding throughout my life. The grinding caused the TMG and tiny micro cracks in my teeth. To say I’m diligent about oral hygiene is an understatement. Floss, waterpik, gum treatment, every 6 months dental checkups.The cracks caused me to need 4 root canals! I was cannot recommend this highly enough!
The first picture shows how much the TMJ and grinding enlarged my masseter muscles. It was taken at the end of April ‘23. The second picture was taken today, September 29, 2023. Huge difference! And my jaw has stopped popping out of place. The third picture shows the gap between my front tooth and my left side tooth. The Sleepbrace has closed that gap. There's not much difference on my left side teeth as I have worn braces before. However, there were times my jaw locked so I visited my dentist and was told I have TMJ. She recommended me to get teeth splint and so I searched on facebook where to buy and found this aligner. Luckily, it worked for me. I can feel the difference of the positioning of my jaw after sleeping with it the first night. Not only it improved my jaw and facial structure but noticed my left side teeth being aligned (retainers didn't get it I think because I have a crowded teeth and small jaw). Now I currently use D1, use it as my retainers lol. And interested into getting those three stages.
This is 2 months after usage….I stopped using D1 after just a month and started using D2. I can already see improvement using the D2 and I think I’d continue using the D2 for another 1 or 2 months.
6 months of use, 3 weeks of stage 1 and a little over 5 months of stage 2. My TMJ symptoms have improved greatly, my jaw feels like it is where it is supposed to be, no more clicking or night time teeth grinding. My teeth are less crowded and my bite had improved. Very thankful for this product!
You guys. I didn’t think this could be real, I bought it one day and thought I’ll give it a try. I wore it religiously every night for (almost) a year now and I can tell you for facts this works!!!
